When the king refused it, Bhima locked him in a prison. But the king did not stop he worshipped Lord Shiva even in prison and made a shiv linga in the prison. When Bhima tried to destroy the Shivlinga with his sword Shiva appeared and killed Bhima to save the innocent King.
